10-Day Trial on Your e-Bike Purchase
To ensure that you’re happy with your new e-bike purchase at e-Boom Electric Bikes, we offer all of our customers a 10-day trial period. After owning your e-bike for 10 days or less if you decide it isn’t the bike for you, we will give you a full refund as long as the bike is still in good shape and not damaged.
How Does It Work?
You have 10 days from the date that you purchased a new e-bike from us to return the bike for a full refund. If you are thinking about returning the bike due to performance or sizing, we may be able to exchange it for another type of e-bike in our store or another one that our manufacturers carry.
To ensure you receive the full refund, your e-bike must have 60 miles or under on it, and still be in good shape, meaning it hasn’t been wrecked or damaged. The bike will be inspected by our service manager to ensure that it hasn’t been damaged during ownership.
This 10-day trial period is only for new e-bikes purchased in our store. It doesn’t apply to clearance bikes, refurbished bikes, or rental bikes.
