To ensure that you’re happy with your new e-bike purchase from e-Boom Electric Bikes, we offer all of our customers a 10-day trial period. After owning and riding your e-bike for 10 days or less, if you decide it isn’t the e-bike for you, we will give you a refund (minus a $200 re-stocking fee) as long as the bike is still in good shape, doesn’t have more than 100 miles added, and is not damaged.
How Does It Work?
– After the e-bike is brought back, our service manager will inspect it, test the battery, motor and system and then give us a release for the refund
– If you’re still interested in finding the perfect e-bike, we will continue to help you with your search and offer as many test rides as needed
*Note: If you want to exchange the e-bike for another one from e-Boom Electric Bikes, we will waive the $200 re-stocking fee.
This 10-day trial period is only for new e-bikes purchased in our store. It doesn’t apply to clearance bikes, refurbished bikes, or rental bikes.
